Briefing on the Code of Practice for Site Supervision 2009 (2024 Edition) / 《2009年地盤監督作業守則》（2024年版本）簡介會
The Code of Practice for Site Supervision 2009 (2024 Edition) (the Code) has been issued in August 2024 by the Buildings Department (BD) to incorporate various amendments made in December 2023 and August 2024.
The briefing would mainly cover the following major amendments made to the Code:
(a) Qualified supervision of building works involving mobile plants and tower cranes by adopting Smart Site Safety System
(b) Introduction of more suitable practitioners as technically competent persons (TCP) for site supervision
(c) Enhancement of control on temporary works providing support to tower cranes
(d) Introduction of time frame for reporting non-conformities and major/serious site incidents to BD
屋宇署已於2024年8月發出《2009年地盤監督作業守則》（2024年版本） (《守則》) ，收錄於2023年12月及2024年8月作出的各項修訂。
簡介會將涵蓋以下有關《守則》的主要修訂，包括:
(一) 採用「安全智慧工地」系統為涉及流動機械及塔式起重機的建築工程提供合格監督
(二) 引入更多合適的從業員作為適任技術人員負責地盤監督工作
(三) 加強規管為塔式起重機提供承托的臨時工程
(四) 向屋宇署報告不一致事項和重大／嚴重地盤事故的時限
